Terms for Retailers

• First order must be prepaid or credit card.
• With first order, please supply Chiaya Designs with a copy of your State Sales
  Tax Certificate and fill out credit application.
• All orders are FOB: Chiaya Designs, Scottsdale, AZ.
• Chiaya products may have some variation in color, print and pattern.
• $30.00 fee for returned checks.
• Unpaid invoices will be charged 1 1/2 % per month.
• Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Cancellations can not be accepted
  after 30 days of order placement.
• Merchandise will not be accepted for credit without prior authorization, must be
  in original package with tags and RMA visible.
• Unauthorized returns carry a 20% restocking fee + freight.
• Any approved cancellations made after 30 days are subject to restocking fee.
